FCC Construcción consolidates its position as a leader in diversity and inclusion by receiving the Top Líderes LGBTI+ 2025 award

The Business Network for LGBTI Diversity and Inclusion (REDI), in collaboration with ACTUALIDAD ECONÓMICA, has recognized FCC Construcción as one of the leading organizations in the Top LGBTI+ Leaders 2025 edition, officially held on December 10, coinciding with International Human Rights Day. This recognition highlights the company's contribution to creating inclusive, safe, and respectful work environments, as well as its commitment to equal opportunities.

The 2025 edition emphasizes the value of partnership, highlighting the role of organizations that support, promote, and consolidate diversity policies that integrate inclusion as an ethical principle and driver of innovation. In this regard, FCC Construcción has demonstrated a sustained commitment through its pioneering policy of inclusion, diversity, and equality. This policy is helping to strengthen a corporate culture that recognizes and values the plurality of identities and experiences.

This year, the Top LGBTI+ Leaders 2025 project has received the highest level of institutional support, following the acceptance by Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain of the Honorary Presidency, a gesture that consolidates the human rights dimension associated with these awards and reinforces the importance of promoting work environments in which all people can develop to their full potential.

Top LGBTI+ Leaders, now in its third edition, is an initiative of REDI, with the support of ACTUALIDAD ECONÓMICA, the economic magazine of EL MUNDO. Its objective is to highlight those who contribute to respect for the community and equal opportunities in the corporate world, and it is selected by an independent jury made up of professionals from the fields of business and diversity.
