FCC Concessions, is an independent department within FCC Construccion, responsible for developing, funding, managing and operating FCC Group´s transportation and social infrastructure concessions. 

Our success is largely based on our team´s experience and capacity to understand and manage all project stages; from tender, financing, design, construction, completion, operation, maintenance through to handback; and the long-term partnering approach we adopt with our clients.

We have specific experience in the management and operation of highway, metro/tram and social infrastructure projects, both in Spain and internationally. 

Our internal team of international PPP experts currently manage a portfolio of 16 concession companies, 14 of which are operational. 

We are also continuously assessing and developing new growth opportunities to expand this portfolio.  We have a wide network of investor, contractor and financial institution contacts who we work with to develop world class winning consortia.
