FCC To Build Central Offices for Madrid College of Architects

CC Construcción has been awarded the job of building the new central offices of the Madrid College of Architects -COAM-, worth 27 million euro.

The remodelling and construction work will begin next week and will be finished in 27 months.

The facilities will be located in the Hortaleza district of Madrid, at the former Escuelas Pías de San Antón, which was a school until 1989. The COAM will carry on operating from its current Madrid headquarters on calle Barquillo until the work on its new offices has finished.
