FCC Construcción has also proven experience in the development of projects under the concession regime and, in addition, has a set of companies dedicated to the industrial, energy sector, grouped under a single brand FCC Industrial, and other activities related to the construction sector.

In the US, where FCC Construcción has been operating for more than 20 years, it is also present under the FCC Environmental Services brand. In 2006, it opened its delegation in Miami and in 2010 in Los Angeles.

Since 2007, it has developed several projects of great importance such as the I-95 Managed Lanes highway in Miami, one of the busiest in the US Interstate Highway Network; as well as the Gerald Desmond Bridge in Los Angeles, an infrastructure that replaces the existing bridge. It is the first cable-stayed bridge built in the state of California.
