Estradas de Portugal EPE has awarded Ramalho Rosa Cobetar, a subsidiary of FCC Construcción in Portugal, the Catraia Dos Poços - Venda de Galizes section of the IC6 for €59.4 million.

This is an expressway 17.2 km long with a 4.5 km branch to Tábua. Its building will involve 2.3 million m3 of excavation, 2.8 of embankment, four viaducts, 14 overpasses, five underpasses, 10 crossings for farm machinery and 200,000 tonnes of bituminous mix.
