FCC Construcción joins the CONFIDENCE project, a new information channel for clients based on Blockchain. Metrovacesa, the leading real estate developer in Spain with more than 100 years of history, has launched together with Alastria, Data Economy, Add4u, Kunfud and Councilbox the DE CONFIANZA project, a system based on Blockchain technology that facilitates clients and potential clients of the developer Have the information and details regarding your promotions immediately and easily, with third-party verification. This initiative, of a social and innovative nature, was created with the aim of increasing trust and transparency in the sector, while improving customer service through technology.

The system is aligned since its inception with the European model promoted by Alastria for the use of public certifications registered in the blockchain, anticipating in the design the role that a certification authority with an interface compatible with the EBSI (European Blockchain Services Infrastructure).

DE CONFIANZA provides all clients or potential clients with a new information channel so that they can know, quickly and easily, by scanning a QR code with their mobile phone, all the information on the promotion in which they are interested. This initiative is based on a responsible declaration which, through Blockchain technology, verifies the information and details related to each project by third parties, in an objective and transparent manner. In this way, customers have at the points of sale a source of truthful and verified information about their homes and can check data such as the construction company that carries out the works, the licenses granted by the Public Administrations, as well as other project participants such as It can be the architect, the marketer and the financial entity, among others.

The validations of these stakeholders will be carried out using the Alastria Digital Identity. Four of the most relevant construction companies in Spain: Avintia, FCC, Ferrovial and Sacyr, also members of Alastria, join the DE CONFIDENCE project, confirming through Blockchain the promotions in which they work for the developer.

The project will be developed, in a first stage, in the different promotions that the company has in Malaga, Almería, Córdoba, Huelva, Seville, Valencia, Alicante, Valladolid, Lleida, Tarragona, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria , Madrid and Galicia.
