FCC Construcción moves forward with the development of Valencia C.F.'s stadium, NOU MESTALLA, installing the first piece of the compression ring for the stadium roof. Progress has been made in the assembly and installation of the pillars, stair towers, and boxes of the structural compression ring, as well as the arrival of cables for the tension rings (inside part of the roof cable structure) and the radials (connecting the tension ring to the outer compression ring).

The roof of the Nou Mestalla will weigh 4,800 tons and will be supported by 50 S355 steel pillars.

The Nou Mestalla project will feature a lighter and brighter roof covering the 70,044 seats in the new stadium. This stadium will have a permeable and open façade composed of metal strips that, together, create a curvilinear, parametric, and three-dimensional skin.

A project that will become an icon of sport, entertainment, and modernity in Valencia.
