FCC Construcción has joined the campaign on the occasion of the International Day of Zero Discrimination of the Diversity Foundation.

The communication action aims to promote equal rights and opportunities for all people, regardless of their ethnic origin, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability or any other individual, social or cultural condition.

This celebration was established by the United Nations (UN) in 2013, and seeks to raise awareness about the harmful effects of discrimination in all its forms, and promote inclusion and respect for diversity.

The campaign designed by the Diversity Foundation and supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, highlights the importance of guaranteeing non-discrimination and equal opportunities and treatment, particularly in the world of work.
