FCC Construcción is the main developer of the Parque Deportivo del Este del At Madrid. These facilities are being built next to the Metropolitano stadium, also constructed by FCC Construcción. The initiative is based on an iconic, multifunctional facility that will combine culture, education, sport and entertainment in a unique and innovative space. 

The first project, on plot DS01, involves the construction of sports facilities for athletics as the main activity. A regulation eight-lane athletics track will be built, equipped to allow all types of athletics to be practised and with the capacity to host official championships. An 11-a-side natural grass football pitch will be built inside, with plans for an additional 11-a-side football pitch and a 7-a-side artificial grass pitch, separated from the former by a two-storey main building, characterised by the use of prefabricated elements in both the structure and the enclosure. 

The second project, on plot DS02, will have four indoor sports courts for team sports such as handball, indoor football, volleyball and badminton, separated in pairs by the three-storey main building, which is also characterised by the use of prefabricated elements. In addition, there will be four outdoor paddle tennis courts. 

The third project being carried out by FCC Construcción, on plot DS03, will be the Club Atlético de Madrid High Performance Centre and mini stadium, which will be used for training activities for the first team, as well as for the youth teams and the Atlético Madrileño reserve team. In total, it consists of five training pitches and a mini stadium with a capacity of over 5,000 spectators, which will operate completely independently from the rest of the activities. The building includes all the necessary facilities for the first team's activities, such as changing rooms, technical rooms, medical and physiotherapy areas, and a water area, as well as spaces for use by the reserve teams, club staff, analysts and technicians, a press room, a work centre and VIP areas in the mini stadium.
