VITRASO
DIAGNOSIS AND PREDICTION OF NOISE TRANSMISSION ROUTES IN BUILDINGS
Objective
Research of experimental and numerical analysis methods for the detection and quantification of noise and vibration transmission pathways in buildings.
Its main goals are:
- Detection of the most harmful noise and vibration transmission pathways in a building
- Design and implementation of on-site models as a means to block these pathways.
- Comparison of the results obtained with the experimental measures implemented and with the numerical simulations.
- Assessment of the limitations of prediction systems according to the UNE-EN ISO 12354 standard
