ESPELSA has successfully passed the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of the software system called TOPFAS
From November 5 through November 6, this TOPFAS meeting was held in Madrid. The participating parties in such event were members of several NATO Headquarters, NC3A staff and security experts from the NCSA as well as the leading ESPELSA TOPFAS Development Team and independent staff for SW Verification and Validation activities from the French company ALTRAN.
The TOPFAS software application was thoroughly tested during these two days and the appropriate security audits for validating the software produced, were held as well previously to the scheduled acceptance by the NC3A.
The last day Espelsa received the congratulations of participants customers due to the superb organization and the very good quality of the work performed by the Espelsa people involved.
In addition to the organization of TOPFAS FAT meeting, ESPELSA was formally invited to actively participate in the IPMT (Integrated Project Management Team) meetings, simultaneously held in the same premises. The participation of ESPELSA in this specific working group will open the door to attend future NATO exercises and training sessions where Espelsa applications will be used. This will give chance to search for new business opportunities.
TOPFAS is the Tool for Operational Planning and Force Activation System in development by ESPELSA for the NC3A (a NATO investigation agency) since 2006.
