The contract includes the demolition of the existing lower tier and the construction of a new one with an eight-storey structure that will house stadium services. The works budget is over 26 million euro.

At the northern and southern corners, there will be two seven-storey towers to make the lower tier independent from the rest of the stands. Between them will be a metal hood covering the prefabricated stands. Work will also be done to raise the pitch itself.
