FCC holds first place on the list drawn up by La Revista de Obras Públicas, with 12 concessions and a length of 588 kilometres, which accounts for 28% of the total number of kilometres under concessions of this type in Spain since 1998.

The national and regional governments have launched a total of forty-one shadow toll concession contracts for the management and financing of large-capacity roads, ten of which belong to the first-generation National Plan on Dual Carriageways.
