Proyecto y Construcción de Puentes Metálicos y Mixtos, a book written by Luis Viñuela Rueda and José Martínez Salcedo, both of whom are civil engineers with FCC Construcción, has just been published as part of the Publicaciones APTA project.

APTA (the Association for the Technical Promotion of Steel) is an independent not-for-profit association created in 2004 to provide information about the use of steel in construction. It endeavours to ally the efforts and participation of all the members of the steel sector in order to reach that goal.

The Publicaciones APTA project is an ambitious initiative aimed at responding to the new regulatory scenario applicable to building with steel.

Proyecto y Construcción de Puentes Metálicos y Mixtos is a unique document in which the authors have shared their experience of over 20 years' work together, during which time they have garnered numerous successes.
