Built to house the central corporate offices of Banco de la Producción, the biggest private bank in Nicaragua, the building has got four stories and a basement, for a total area of 9,000 square metres. The outdoor areas and parking facilities occupy an area of approximately 6,000 square metres. The budget was 8 million euro, and the completion period, 18 months.

The building, whose elegant and eye-catching architectural design is the work of the Costa Rican firm Zurcher Arquitectos, was built to excellent quality standards and was finished on time.
