FCC Construcción will construct the building to house the provincial directorates of the National Social Security Treasury Office, the National Social Security Institute and the Navy Social Institute.

Developed by the Ministry of Labour, the project has a budget of 28.6 million euro and will be constructed in 22 months.

The building, with more than 23,000 square metres of floor area slated to be occupied by the offices and services of the agencies mentioned, will be located on a lot with a three-metre setback between calle Hermanos Otamendi, calle Humbold and calle Juan de Zaragüeta in San Sebastián, Guipúzcoa.
