The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport (SICT) has awarded the consortium formed by CICSA and FCC the construction and design of 111 kilometres of the Tren del Norte, on the Saltillo to Santa Catarina section. The project has a budget of over €1.47 billion and a completion period of 31 months.
