ALPINE Bau Deutschland AG is currently involved in building the Altstadt Palais on Karl Scharnagl Ring, in the centre of Munich, with a view to Maximilianstrasseproject, for its clients Accumulata Immobilien Development GMBH and LBBW Immobilien Capital GmbH.

The structure of the building, which will consist of four floors in the lower section and six in the upper floors, is just about to be finished. It occupies an area of 2,600 m2. The complex will house only office buildings, and the owners will also benefit from a very well-illuminated penthouse with a balcony overlooking the Klostergarten.

The garage, on the ground floor, will have space for 90 cars. The four other underground floors will be devoted to machinery and storage facilities. The entire building is going to be designed according to the principles of feng shui.
