The Department of Housing and Land Use Planning has delivered public land to FCC Construcción for the construction of 439 units of publicly sponsored housing in Seville's Pino Montano district. There will be 324 units on parcel P-2, lot 5, and 205 on parcel P-3, lot 6.

This new project by the Andalusia Council has consisted in the delivery of nine packages of public land on which to build 1,551 units of publicly sponsored housing in Seville, Almería, Huelva and Cádiz. Plans are for 535 units to be sold and 1,016 to be made available for letting.
