Quality

FCC Construcción in Panama has held the Quality Certification under ISO 9001 by the Spanish Standards and Certification Association (AENOR) since 2010.

The ISO 9001 certification has helped to transform the structure of our organisation. It has helped us to achieve sustainable development improvements over time and to adapt to the needs of the market as well as our clients, users and personnel.

The implementation of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System helps us to increase the satisfaction of our clients, assisting cohesion and improving our internal processes. This has helped us to improve our competitiveness thanks to the quality of our products and services, as well as to optimise performance and effectiveness in meeting our company's objectives.

To allow for continuity of the Quality Management System Certificate, each year the certifying body conducts a follow-up audit and every 3 years, it performs a renewal audit.
